Terms and Conditions

At D’S Art Classes & Studio, we maintain a positive, disciplined, and creative environment for all students. Kindly follow the rules below:

1. Students should come on time for their classes. Late entry may disturb ongoing sessions.
2. Regular attendance is important for proper learning and progress.
3. Students must bring their own required art materials (pencils, colors, sketchbook, etc.).
4. Respect the teacher, classmates, and studio environment at all times.
5. Maintain cleanliness in the classroom. Do not litter or damage any property.
6. Mobile phones are not allowed during class time (except with permission).
7. Admission is confirmed only after fee payment.
8. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
9. Fees should be paid on time as per the given schedule.
10. In case of absence, inform the teacher in advance if possible. Missed classes will not be compensated                    unless informed in advance.
11. Parents are requested not to disturb the class during ongoing sessions.
12. The studio is not responsible for any lost personal belongings and any personal injury
13. Students should take care of their artwork and materials properly.
14. Extra practice at home is encouraged for better improvement.
15. Parents should ensure timely drop and pick-up of students..
16. Students should complete their work sincerely and participate actively in class activities.
17. The class schedule may change if required.
18. Any misbehavior or disturbance will not be tolerated.
19. Certificates are provided based on performance and completion of levels.
20. Students must follow classroom rules and discipline.
21. Management reserves the right to update terms when necessary.
